Cancellation Policy

For ultimate client satisfaction, we set aside a substantial appointment time. Therefore, a minimum of 3 business days’ notice is required to cancel any appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment with less than 3 days’ notice you will forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise which mean you may also need to reschedule/postpone your appointment to a different day. Please try to give us as much notice as possible so we can find you a new appointment and fill your old spot.

Clients that do not show up for their appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full before being rescheduled. 

This cancellation policy also applies to any complimentary touch up appointments.  Failure to provide notice of cancellation or request change to appointment will incur a fee.

Deposits

A deposit is required for all bookings in order to secure an appointment. This will be deducted from the total amount payable on the day of your appointment. 

Reminder Service

During the week leading up to your appointment, you will receive a text message confirming the date/time of your booking. Please reply 'Y' to confirm or call the studio if you need to change the appointment.
